Tim Webb

Tim began his career in real estate 14 years ago in the Greater Fredericksburg market, after a collegiate athletic career and a leader in the mental health field.

Tim dove head first into the Director of Property Management position at Coldwell Banker Carriage House where he hung his license for 8 years.

Tim's role was commercial and residential leasing, advising, procurement and sales. Dedicated to his broker, Tim moved to Exit Realty shifting focus primarily on sales and advising while building a robust and dedicated portfolio of residential and commercial clients.

Tim brought his education, common sense approach, intuitive negotiating and dedication to serve the public to Lando Massey Real Estate with the goal of joining a dedicated bespoke brokerage that emphasises building trusting relationships.

Tim has been integral in helping entrepreneurs dreams come to reality, small businesses grow, families build wealth and just simply finding a home that supports family values and growth.
