Linda Catullo
My husband, Patrick and I moved to the Fredericksburg area over ten years ago. We fell in love with this area because of its rich history and broad cultural opportunities. With two young boys we were also looking to move to an area that provided a positive environment in which to raise a family. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2015, I worked in education at the University of Mary Washington. My husband still works at UMW as the Women's Tennis Coach and Assistant Athletic Director. Working in education helped establish my knowledge of the area, including educational opportunities, cultural opportunities and it helped to broaden my contacts in the local area.
To me, being successful as a Realtor® means building that client relationship where you, as the client, feel you were heard and your needs were met throughout the process. The decision to buy or sell a home is a life changing decision and not one to be taken lightly. I measure my success by the satisfaction of my clients. My goal is to continually provide an exceptional level of customer service.
I stay current on the greater Fredericksburg area's real estate trends as well as national trends in the housing market. As my client, you will be the focus of my attention and your story will guide me as we work together to achieve your goals. As your Realtor® and someone who has personally bought and sold property in real estate as an investment, I also understand property value and what makes properties increase or retain their value.
